      Pros

      Love my boss. The people you work with are the best thing about this place. High growth if you are a self starter. You go out of your way to get things done and you will succeed at your job. You role may be undefined and ever changing, so expect to be a "jack or jill" of all trades.

      Cons

      I've learned to prioritize and speak up when my workload is becoming overwhelming. Silos exist and transparency is weak -- making friends is the best way to get an inside scoop here! Be ready to work your butt off!

      Pros

      -great work life, personal life balance -easy, simple job -lot of money earning opportunity -clear path to promotion

      Cons

      -once you get one promotion to being an AE the salary is capped at 500k -as an ebr your job gets very monotous but in terms of sales it is BY FAR the best job out of all of my friends

      BrightEdge is a great place to work and being on the sales side, a ton of opportunity to pitch new clients. There is a clear path to promotion and you never feel out of the loop or blind to milestones needed to hit to qualify. Sales floor is lively and collaborative, which can be rare since sales is sometimes an individual focus. The majority of reps are at or above goal every month which keeps spirits high during stressful days. A proven playbook that works -Friday lunch -Snacks -Teams look to support each other (Product, Marketing & Support) will assist in earning new business

      Cons

      no 401k company outings have declined commute base pay could be better
