Pros
Progression for high achievers, but if you're not in Sales then be prepared to have to really fight for it. I was there for nearly 8 years and went from L1 support to support manager, so it is there if you want it and are willing to push for it. It won't come for free. Easy going hybrid work culture and great offices in London. They only hire great people. Company off-sites/SKO's were great while they did them. Product is always evolving so you're never short of something else to learn. Great merch!
Cons
Very averse to any kind of change. Making things better if you're not in a revenue generating role is nigh on impossible. High turnover of VPs of Support. It's like they just expected these people to deliver more than the guy before without actually letting them change anything. Hiring is way more difficult that it should have been. Decided to offshore all of their Support to India.
