You have no earned the right to suffer, cry, and sell yourself for all the money in the world!

Cons

Terrible leadership. In a year were only 1 rep hit 100% of goal, the company decided to raise quote, and lower commissions on closed deals. SDR "managers" are more interested in hitting fictitious numbers than actually sourcing deals that may close one day.

Hire and Fire culture. you will be made to be on probation. and your probation will be extended since notice period of probation is only 7 days. Then you will be fired without a reason.
