Too bad work culture, utterly rubbish code base, everything needs to be done by EOD. Middle level management (in particular TT)sucks and will try to look down on you every single time possible. For example you got a task which needs some input from the CS team and you have been following up with them for about a week, Then, TT will show up, and say you have taken more than a week for a task that he can do in 5 minutes. Then out of his arrogance, he will share his screen and show you how he can do it in 5 minutes. He will assume things where input was needed and tell you "see, I did it in 5 minutes what you could not do in 1 week." This is just one example of many.
