- you will meet smart and hardworking people - ability to earn overtime compensation is nice - will build character, decent first job and can guarantee you will love the job you take after BrightEdge

Cons

- encourage no work/life balance - my team was told by a manager "you guys should prioritize working way more overtime and put personal life to the side if you want to be successful" - low compensation compared to industry average - play favorites, success in sales is strongly dependent on what team you're on, which office you are in and which manager you have. - Middle management is inexperienced and doesn't provide good guidance, all are just extreme micro-managers watching your activity - not a good benefit package

Management is really worst for India team , They never listen us . Late working hours till 15-16 hours . No job security . You cannot take if you apply they start targeting you and in a week they will fire you . No work life Balance No learning
