      Cons

      My worst mistake in having joined this company. This company does not want humans but some robots who follow instructions and work mechanically. Really bad work culture especially one that starts from the leadership. Ops leaders are aggressive with a non-inviting mindset, knit-picky, and impolite.

      Pros

      Innovation happens every day. New product improvements and ideas are constantly flowing, and management encourages input from the team on how to execute. I learned a lot of different tools and skills in a very short time. Lots of very smart and hardworking team members.

      Cons

      Fast paced, some ambiguity at times on how to approach new processes (which isn't atypical for bringing something new to market). Not sure if it's the same now, but there was no 401k match during my time (the only true Con I experienced while working there).
