      Pros

      The people are the only pro. Not the executives, but most of the lower level leaders and team members will be great people. I've made some lifelong friends through BE.

      Cons

      I didn't realize how many cons there really were until going to work elsewhere. This place is screwed up beyond fixing. You will be micromanaged, have little autonomy in your job as you can't make any decisions without 10 approvals first, you will have zero career advancement opportunities, and the benefits are nothing to write home about compared to other growing tech companies. You will likely learn nothing worth taking with you as all the processes are pretty much made up and not in line with how any real working business does them.
