Pros
Overall, the culture, pay, and growth opportunities are really great. The opportunity to work for a company that values employees and their growth is important to me, and I think BrightEdge has a few core programs in place to help you grow as a sales professional.
Cons
The workload can be overwhelming, and there is a huge need to provide a great, reproducible time management program to help new AEs grow. Work-life balance could be improved, but it's sales - every sales job depends on how much you apply yourself.
