      -Culture The culture in the office and across the company is great and so are the people -Pay The base pay is very competitive and above industry average -Clear path to promotion From day 1 the path to promotion is very clear and attainable, there’s a lot of opportunity to advance and earn more money in the sales role -perks Free snacks in the kitchen, caterered lunch Fridays, presidents club -Work hard play hard philopshy Hard work and long hours are expected, but are rewarded. If you don’t want to put in the work don’t expect to be successful at BrightEdge

      Top-Down Demands- There’s a lot of pressure to hit certain metrics weekly and some weeks more than others. Upper management sets rules in place that leads to counterproductive work just to hit metrics that they are asking for Lack of Diversity- there is a clear lack of diversity, most people fit a certain profiles Transperency- decisions are abruptly made leaving people blindsided. Sales that are underperforming are quickly let go and make others feel uneasy about the security of their jobs

      - Lots of opportunity to take initiative and work on projects with a lot of impact/visibility - Awesome career progression/promotion paths - Great people! Everyone is highly motivated and knows how to celebrate the wins/losses as a team. - Fun culture/environment!

      Cons

      At times, leadership isn't fully on the same page with middle management, which generates confusion for those responsible for delivery, but I've seen lots of progress in this area. Middle management is now included in alignment meetings, and that has helped hone our team's focus.
