This was one of the most challenging companies I have worked for. The management environment was highly negative, with limited opportunities to ask questions or feel heard. Communication often felt like a blame game. My direct supervisor frequently overstepped professional boundaries by using our interactions to offload personal issues, creating an uncomfortable and unprofessional atmosphere. Additionally, her approach was often unkind and dismissive, making it difficult to establish a productive working relationship. also - the company has had multiple layoffs in the past 2 years.
