Good employees and working from home.

Cons

Have train people overseas trying to fool us because they are replacing our jobs. All was good at the beginning and then layoffs. Hiring people who can’t speak proper English and customers getting frustrated. Actually worse than Lumen.

Brightspeed has very little red tape.

Cons

If you are an American IT employee, you will be a minority in the Brightspeed IT department. In my experience and other people's experience, you will likely get frozen out. People will not reply to your questions. You'll get passed up for opportunities.
