Good pay and working remote

Cons

Worst mistake in my life was accepting their job offer. Fake leadership. Incompetent managers. No culture at all. Start up hell. You work with a team that doesn’t know how to do things. Ask someone from another team for help, and they don’t help you. Ask for help who’s outsourced from another country or from the prior company, and the frustration without any help continues. In larger meetings, they’ll sugar coat everything and inflate numbers, and say everything is great. Don’t fall for it. Bad customer reviews everywhere. Hard to feel a sense of pride when customers hate this company. Stay away and look elsewhere. Avoid working here. If you get a job offer, don’t accept it; you’ll be grateful.

Pros

Current leadership will most likely not be here much longer.

Cons

Constantly micro managed by managers, directors, and VPs from all over the organization that have no idea what they are doing. Chaos, unorganized, high stress, lack of resources, and the good old boys club is all you will find here. High performers leave as soon they see the company values is just a sales pitch.

Pros

Paid on time but that’s about it.

Cons

No Work life balance, taking away company vehicles expecting employees to provide vehicles for the company. Taking away bucket trucks while building an aerial network. Selling all of our garages so we don’t have anywhere to store our equipment. More problems than can be fixed so we are just changing the way we do reports to make things look better. If you’re not part of the in crowd you will take the blame for all the problems.
