Remote work for most employees

Cons

Everything else. Benefits cost, salary, executive understanding of telecom, negotiations and what was inherited from Lumen.

Pros

Not really anything I want to say here.

Cons

Low pay for experience employees and new hires makes more than legacy employees. Short staffed and very few resources. Short cuts everywhere creating future problems. Incompetent leadership that can’t make decisions other than make further cuts in resources. Mainly protecting each other and their friends running over everyone else in their path. Work is long but that part of the job. Benefits are terrible and very costly to use.
