      Pros

      You will find an excellent working environment within Brightspeed, there is spontaneous collaboration between departments and people for the good of the company, from the beginning you will feel welcome.

      Cons

      In some cases, because the environment is always amicable, it is possible that the urgency required for some projects is not evident.

      work is consistent, take home vehicle, unionized

      Cons

      The company doesn't seem to understand you can't force employees t stay at work longer than scheduled, management knows everything but can't guide you through troubleshooting process, local manager has a unscrupulous legal history.

      Great place to work

      Pros

      Since split from Lumen, great culture, team, leadership and overall fantastic place to work. Full-time remote work is amazing. I get so much work done but can also attend to personal matters without issue.

      Cons

      I cannot think of any at the moment.
