-Pride in the company -Great work/life balance -Competitive pay/benefits -Corporate culture The culture at Brightspeed is a breath of fresh air. The focus is always on improving our service and our brand with the understanding that profit will follow. In my past experience this is often reversed; the focus becomes numbers first and service suffers.

Cons

-Fast paced -Fluctuating workload Not necessarily cons; however, this could result in a high pressure environment for some folks depending on personality.

My experience starting with the interview process through onboarding was exceptional. Every employee that I communicated with was responsive, professional and welcoming. As a new employee, I would give Brightspeed a 5-star rating!

Cons

I have not experienced any downside to working for the company.

Pros

Management communicates well goals and tasks. Even for a new start up architecture is formulated well. And directions and migrations are coming together.

Cons

Start up day3 so to speak, so changes / cut over to new are still happening and can keep us busy. (good thing I think)
