Pros

Thoroughly enjoy coworkers and managers. Brotherhood seems to just attract a lot of kind people. Makes work way more enjoyable being around great people. I can't imagine the work-life balance being any better than what it is.

Cons

Sometimes the comp seems a little low but considering all the other perks, this doesn't really bother me.
