Trust from management, decent PTO. Work can be manageable on good days.

Cons

Constant changes in workload, overwhelming. Pay is too low. Should be more remote options with the nature of the role. Training was not very thorough and management isn't available to help.

I enjoy the culture. Everyone in the halls is smiling and wanting to exude positive vibes. I enjoy the benefits. We have a doctor on site, a gym, great cafe, cafeteria, a walking path, and good work-life balance.
