The worst place to work for. No growth and development! Managers have no work ethic or respect. its as if you have to allow yourself to be belittled by them to be recognized or be on their good side. if you fail in doing so them you will soon be out of a job despite your effort to perform to the fullest. Too much conflict of interest issues that faces this company- pretty soon will result in many law suits.
Cons
Salary increase is 0.10-0.25 cent after working with the company for ten years. they find everything to tell you in order not to give you a decent increase if you do get any. Too many ethical issues to be dealt with. this company needs the federal department of labor and human rights justice department to step in. Various discrimination issues which is hard to prove.
