pay is crap. The organization does not believe in compensating for education. If you do not have experience this will underpay you in nickel and dimes. Its all about who you know and who likes you. Managers have no social management skills and job security is always threatened. You will be forced to take on multiple job titles with no additional compensation. Environment is older rarely do you see a younger person in a management position. Most managers are under qualified and cant do basic computer functions. Only work for this organization if you need experience on your resume, if you don't need experience stay far away.

They pay new employees as much as (sometimes more than) the employees who have been here 5, 10, 15+ years. You are an experienced staff member training the new employee who is making more than you plus the new employee sometimes gets a sign-on bonus. HR literally told someone that if they wanted an increase in their pay to quit, work somewhere else for a year or two and come back... Which MANY, MANY people have done just to get the wage increase and the sign-on bonus. Not a great way to retain employees who have many years of experience or those who want to remain loyal to this company.
