Pros

- Good Web and App testing domain knowledge. - Only few good colleagues. - Talented people were there once upon a time

Cons

To outside world this is the best startup to work with, but that’s completely false. Employees are not treated with equality and respect. Everyone working here is totally frustrated and btw the good reviews which you see below are completely fake. Founders have ZERO people management skill. They always want to hire the best talents, but they fail to retain them. Very bad culture is being promoted. Honestly, if you are looking for a good career and a decent culture, then BEWARE and take a U-Turn. And yes don’t be greedy by the salary they offer, there are other better companies who offer more with better employee satisfaction.

Pros

I didn't find any pros here

Cons

There is a lot of micromanagement. You would be asked to divide a task into subtask and back to back reviews would be done and you would be pointed for every hour mentioned if as per them that subtask is just gonna take half an hour. There would be zero work life balance at the cost of doing tedious work which has nothing new to offer you except for the bad codebase you would be fixing without taking extra hours Manager is gonna come up with feedback sheet every week which is just going to state the things that you did wrong You won't be appreciated for any task and the manager is gonna take a lot of leaves and no one would be there to help you out in case you're stuck No KT and time would be given to read the codebase Upper management is worst Very low salary If you give any reason for the delay of the task, you won't be considered There is no supportive work culture. People aren't helpful especially the managers Managers are the people who were the developers in company since the start and have been promoted but mentally they don't know how to lead the team You'll work throughout day and night and will say that we don't promote weekend work or late night shifts Do not join if you are a woman. Woman generally don't join. The name looks good from outside but insights are worst Most people are split personality You won't be heard would if you say that the schedule is hectic. They will just say that this is how it is. They will conduct the retro calls and will blame you for all the things that went wrong so basically it's only you who is at fault

Pros

There are hardly any and to compensate on that they have the attractive packages

Cons

- There are no processes in place and the HR hardly has any role to play. - The senior management are only the people who have stuck with the company for long and are highly incapable - Most of the hired leadership has already left while others are on their way. - Negativity exists all through the flow and the work culture is toxic.
