Pros

Sometimes they give free lunches.

Cons

I took a job with Buildcom over another company because the job was listed as a remote position. Now they are suddenly saying that they have reevaluated my position and expect me to go into the office. I’ve had no poor performance reviews or any other reason to require office presence, they just completely misrepresented this benefit of the position.

Pros

Good pay and it was a good place to work before Ferguson was on the building.

Cons

Constant mandatory overtime, Doesn't seem to matter your experience if you pass a few classes you can be a supervisor. Supervisors become supervisors to get out of sales.

Pros

Ability to work from home

Cons

Very cliquey group at least within IT. Reluctance to share information among team members doesn’t make for a good collaborative experience. People will knowlingly lead you down the wrong path all in the name of job security. A good place to get your feet wet if you’re just starting your development career but this is not where you want to stay.
