While we know that Buildertrend is not for every individual, we are striving to maintain an incredible culture that will support us in continued success. We do believe life is better here and although the total compensation package is very competitive to the market, we know that our employees also value the balance they can have in their lives while at Buildertrend. Buildertrend’s entire value proposition is encouraging all individuals to live a balanced and healthy lifestyle, while working at a really successful organization. Not many organizations as successful as we are can support that. Our product is vast, but that allows our 15,000+ customers to use our product to change the way they build and operate. Our Development shop prides itself on our ability to release new features to our customers and upgrade our tech stack. With new projects like our migration to React, Typescript, GCP and WebAPI, as well as cross functional development opportunities to learn native iOS and Android frameworks, our employees are growing and developing in meaningful ways. We value input from each current employee, regardless of tenure or background, and will continue to value input from the 100+ Developers we are hiring this year alone. We are proud of the community we’ve built here and look forward to doubling again in 2019!
