Pros

The work environment was relatively relaxed. Not super stressful unless it was incredibly busy. I made good friends during my time there. Most of my coworkers were pretty awesome, however, the turnover rate was high. There is an employee discount, which was great because Busch’s is pricey!

Cons

Working on holidays. This was by far the worst con, besides inadequate compensation. Working on Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve... no, thank you. I’d like to be with my family. Management at my location was moody and could be really rude. Some of the customers were incredibly rude as well and you just have to nod and smile. I didn’t utilize them, but I heard the benefits weren’t that great.
