Pros

Decent pay.....for a grocery store.

Cons

Full time MUST have open availability.....many have to do a close followed by open. Cashiers aren't treated with respect.....they MUST have a dr. note to have their well being respected.

Pros

A lot of people who work at Busch’s will stay for a long time, and there are great opportunities to connect with others and make life-long friendships. There are so many great people there that will listen and care about you. It’s the kind of job you can put your heart into, especially if you’re on the right team. The work can be fun too, and their HR staff tries really hard to make it a good place to work.

Cons

Busch’s is not up to date on industry standards with technology & other practices and is highly resistant to new ideas. They are admittedly old school, but this comes back to bite them at times. The pay has also not evolved with the times, with many of their corporate staff working hourly and being seriously overworked, under appreciated, and underpaid. Executive staff does not take time to talk with “lower level” employees, and will just assume that they aren’t knowledgeable enough to offer valuable insight. Constantly made to feel like you’re doing wrong even when you have positive results.
