Pros

Good benefits, work is easy when things actually go right, managers and coworkers will help you out and care about you. Go to Arizona first week

Cons

Every other car that arrives has a problem whether it’s a missing title, something on it is broken, check engine light, no gas, dents and scrapes that were not advertised. I once had to deliver a car that was missing a passenger side mirror to a customer. Whenever a car is delayed or has an issue the blame is all on you, you have to clean up and take the blame for the companies mistakes. Customers wait weeks to get cars because a title will get lost. Inside customer service is useless... always tell customers the wrong info.. all live in Arizona and have no clue how laws and procedures in other states work. You will never get out of work on time and will have no work life balance because things never go as planned. You will also work every weekend. One screw up on the morning will make all of your delivery’s late. Company culture is corny they expect too much corny enthusiasm from you and give you stupid carvana “swag” you will never want to use. People snitch on each other way to much to the manager but will never hold you accountable to your face. Pay is way to low for the amount of work you do. Great job if you want to terrible hours, never know when your going to get to go home, get berated by customers by things that are not your fault, get crappy training that doesn’t teach you what you actually need to know and get yelled at when you mess up because of it, rush around all day with no time for a lunch break, get fired without a 2 week notice, and get paid next to nothing and never advance and bring people crappy cars that belong in a junk yard.

Pros

The company has an interesting concept. They are selling vehicles left and right. Their medical is 100% employer paid and you do get Holidays off paid at time and a half. No customer interaction if that is your thing. M-Th night shift work schedule.

Cons

Under Paid for the increasing work load, Long hours. 3PM to 2AM shift normally works well past, sometimes even until 4 or 5. It's all about the system regardless of experience. You could have 10 years of automotive experience and you will be checking washer fluid and batteries an entire shift. No room for advancement.

Pros

- Free medical, student loan repayment - Flexible schedule (when you have the pto for it)

Cons

- Offered barely any PTO (13 days for a whole year) and 5 sick days which are prorated if you don't start in January. PTO is accrued about 2 hours per pay period vs. 6 hours at other companies which makes it almost impossible to take a day or two off if need be. - Disconnect between team members. Work with a small team of 10 people and some have never even associated with me which is odd. People don't acknowledge others or are close like previous jobs I have had. For example, walking past someone it is natural to smile, however, people will just avoid making eye contact with you period.
