Pros

You can do whatever you want without doing your actual job. They will sell you it is great to work there, but it is not! Has potential to be an excellent workplace with proper management.

Cons

Females sleep with male employees! Bosses show favoritism to females and males who are in their click of sleeping together or fooling around behind their spouses backs at work! No one does their job and the work gets passed off to someone outside of the inner circle! Management is very poor and either participates in the inappropriate behavior with female and male employees or condones it and turns a blind eye!

Pros

Working at Carvana has been extremely refreshing. Carvana believes in things that make sense; for the customer and for the employees. We don't do anything "just because." It is fun to come into work everyday and a lot of that has to do with other employees. Everyone employed is here for the right reasons and enjoy their job.

Cons

Sounds so cliche, but I don't have any cons at this point. While there is uncertainty with any startup, I fully believe in this company and know our future will be bright.

Pros

Hybrid work schedule, casual dress code, lots of coffee and free snacks. Sadly that's about it.

Cons

Senior management consisting of silver spoon frat buddies who focus on personal wealth above all, empty slogans in place of culture, dismissing those who are voices of reason and refuse to let their people get stomped on, business model that allows what might be perceived as pump and dump or insider trading, people with no automotive experience, CEO and father with 10x the voting power of all other stock holders, leaders who lack the integrity and courage to look people in the eye and be honest. Laying off 6000 and then offering them a small discount on your overpriced, junk cars that you struggle to legally title and register. I could go on and on and on...
