Pros

-- Enormous earning potential (if you're willing to play the game). -- Fantastic benefits. -- Lots of swag.

Cons

-- Unethical behavior among the leadership, including inappropriate relationships, sexual harassment, bullying, humiliation, lying, denial, hostility when questioned. -- Mixed messaging, intolerance to feedback, favoritism. -- Open work environment -- which is great if you don't plan to get any work done. -- No cohesive vision for the organization. The CEO often walks around saying things like, "I'm bored."

Pros

Benefits are good. That’s about it. Video games mimicking a positive work environment? Ring on a river? I dunno I’m reaching here.

Cons

Literally everything besides benefits. CEO is a clown and middle management is exactly who you would expect to report to such a clown. Big egos and obviously overcompensating for shortcomings elsewhere. If you have had any sort of career in tech then don’t even bother applying because hiring managers are easily intimidated.

The company is a ridiculous example of turnover, harassment, HR violations, and a management staff who border on the lowest side of all IQ tests

Cons

Go talk to them...It is clear. There is no vision, no communication, the ethics are non-existent, and if you value any piece of your soul, don't burn it down to Satan by eventually getting fired by a bunch of donkey-holes who give you lots of free coffee.
