CCRES provides educational and behavioral health services to children, students and adults throughout a broad region. Our recruiters strive to match our employees to assignments by taking into account a number of factors including the employee’s preference for an assignment as well as the individual needs of those we serve. For employees working in school assignments there is a opportunity for days off in conjunction with school calendar and holidays. In a school setting that runs for less than 12 months, there are multiple options available for those who wish to work during the summer. Please contact our office regarding summer work and we would be glad to discuss the options that we have. Additionally, we have recently raised the hourly rates of many of positions in recognition of the challenges brought on by COVID-19. In response to feedback we have received from our employees, CCRES now offers additional benefits including health care options and employee assistance. CCRES is very proud of our history of helping those within our organization move upward and onward towards their career goals and we strive to remain in close communication with our valued employees to assist them in that process.
