Pros

Pros always depending on where they locate you. Luckily where I am located is great. It's also good if you just need work experience in a certain area.

Cons

Pay is not what it should be, we don't get paid during the summer and we are all left to fend for ourselves. Also the health insurance is not good at all. I've tried t advance my career and its near impossible. Also there isn't PTO or vacation time. No paid sick days either, which given the pandemic is shocking.

Thank you for taking the time to provide CCRES with feedback regarding your experience and perceptions. We are glad that you recognized your placement as a "pro". CCRES provides educational and behavioral health services to children, students and adults throughout a broad region. Our recruiters strive to match our employees to assignments by taking into account a number of factors including the employee’s preference for an assignment as well as the individual needs of those we serve. For employees working in school assignments there is a opportunity for days off in conjunction with school calendar and holidays. In a school setting that runs for less than 12 months, there are multiple options available for those who wish to work during the summer. Please contact our office regarding summer work and we would be glad to discuss the options that we have. Additionally, we have recently raised the hourly rates of many of positions in recognition of the challenges brought on by COVID-19. In response to feedback we have received from our employees, CCRES now offers additional benefits including health care options and employee assistance. CCRES is very proud of our history of helping those within our organization move upward and onward towards their career goals and we strive to remain in close communication with our valued employees to assist them in that process. We offer paid training to increase skills and compensation. Also, we encourage everyone to provide us with feedback that allows us to improve! For those who have questions or concerns about our organization we would greatly value you contacting us directly to schedule a time for a discussion at 484-593-5040 or hr@ccres.org. Thank you again for your contribution to CCRES- we could not do it without you!
