Cons

Difficult to maintain steady caseload because client hours decrease usually every six months.i worked there for FIVE years and management will not allow anyone to write me a letter of recommendation.

Specifically for RBTs: holidays are not paid No PTO (These two things affect the pay difference between PCAs who do get PTO and paid holidays) No assistance with supervision tracking from the company. No annual raises
