Work at home opportunities There is unlimited overtime when company's metrics are in danger of being missed Ice machines on every floor and newly remodeled bathrooms on every floor

Cons

There is no room for growth Raises are less than 25 cents a year, if eligible Management will not acknowledge your life changing achievements when shared with them. Have to test on every position when trying to applying for something else within company

Benefits, pay is ok, no weekends, PTO earned monthly.

Cons

Drama drama drama. I felt like I was in grade school working with pre-teens. Training was short and unorganized. Need better supervisor and manager.

Pros

Most of the employers are hard working, dedicated, and trying to do the best job they can.

Cons

Upper management is too focused on numbers and metrics instead of employee relationships. CGS continues to cut staff and combine functions in order to lower costs. Many employees, including middle management, are barely able to tread water with all the multi-tasking they are required to do. There is too much compartmentalization between departments and management requires double and triple redundancies in reporting.
