Flexible schedules, bonuses, additional 401k contributions, continued growth of company, flexible schedule. Upper management cares about company and tries to create a positive environment.

Cons

Lower than average pay, expected to treat staff like chattel, poor leadership at director level, PTO earning is too low, computer systems are antiquated, too much red tape for managers, not enough positions to grow in company.
