      Pros

      Decent pay for the area, tons of experience, great data sets, most of your coworkers are awesome people to know.

      Cons

      I was unfortunately under the guidance of several horrible managers. They openly fudged numbers, lied about goals and had no clue how the company truly operated. With the right management, the company could be great again. Unfortunately, management there is riddled with incompetence and a sense of entitlement.

      advancement based on "who you know" rather than skills/abilities in many departments, poor communication from Sr. leadership, aging technology, lots of "restructuring" and a growing amount of outsourcing
