      Pros

      the office environment is friendly, and most (see comment below) employees are great to work with and be around. CHEP gives back to the community, and encourages a good work life balance.

      Cons

      HR constantly changes its hiring strategy, which creates culture clash. It seems like they have a salary in mind then try to find a viable candidate, rather than find the right candidate and pay accordingly. Also, there is a subgroup of employees who would rather play office politics than work towards achieving goals.

      Pros

      Good health insurance. The CEO is down to earth and actually cares about his people.

      Cons

      The tribe in place for management is unethical, petty, gossipy and verbally abusive. HR person has no personality and are lucky if she even acknowledges she sees you in the halls.
