      Quality field-based teams. Career growth if based in Atlanta. Initial compensation is competitive. Very nice employee benefits.

      Cons

      Inconsistent strategic focus. Executives are out of touch with the reality of the marketplace. Constant restructuring. Unrealistic expectations regarding customer-facing teams.

      Cons

      Poor leadership, unjust and serious moral/integrity issues. Lack of positive work/life balance. Employees working in fear of speaking up due to lack of moral. Not worth the pay and benefits. Employees that have been there for years and who are assets continue to be driven away.
