Flexible work schedule. No weekends.

Cons

Inept managers. Few raises. Managers leave for hours at a time and leave their responsibilities for others to tend to. Poor communication amongst staff.

Good people, laid back culture, good benefits, pays standard to industry, good management team.

Cons

No Work life balance/outdated systems/business growth but the personnel has shrunk/ high expectations / no inventory/ family life is extremely sacrificed and it is expected as this is part of the culture.

Direct managers appreciate the hard hours you put in. Your coworkers are good people that are easy to get along with.

Cons

Although direct management wants to show appreciation to their workforce upper management does not give them very much in order to do this. The pay is hard to live off of.
