Great culture, hard times

Amazing culture. I worked with leaders across multiple divisions and the vast majority of them cared deeply for their employees and actively supported their success and development.

Cons

The market is difficult, and executives are scrambling to find a formula that works. This resulted in multiple rounds of layoffs and constant reorgs.
