      Supportive coworkers but overshadowed by dishonest leadership

      Liar ; never put people first What disappointed many people wasn’t just the layoff itself—it was the lack of transparency leading up to it. When employees are repeatedly told everything is fine and then hundreds lose their jobs overnight, trust is inevitably broken. Companies can make difficult business decisions, but they should do so with honesty, respect, and integrity.

      Favorite job of all time

      Pros

      CHG sincerely cares about people. I love working here and feel that my leaders always have my back. I'm also proud of the positive difference we're making in the world. In addition to supporting the healthcare system, we help send medical providers on mission trips around the world.

      Cons

      Not much to mention here. Wish we had more sabbaticals offered. Better 401(k) match would be appreciated, as well.
