Pros

Hard to think of any. The only positive thing I can say is there is a small subset of amazing people that work extremely hard and are completely underappreciated.

Cons

One of the worst places I have ever worked, it is too bad you can’t rate with negative stars. Most people are doing the job of multiple people and the Executive team doesn’t seem to care; they make you feel like you are lucky to be employed there. Promotions and raises are rarely given out and when they are, they definitely don’t go to the best or hardest working employees. The Executive team definitely takes care of themselves and then those that “kiss butt” get taken care of next. It is disgusting how many people have received promotions or raises and they offer no value add to the company, in fact the majority of the employees wonder what the hell these WORTHLESS PEOPLE do on a daily basis and wonder how they have managed to not only get promoted but keep their jobs. One of the WORST group of senior management teams. They are out of touch with the employees and to be honest I don’t think they really care. It is shocking that members of the management team have verbally abused (ie. yelled) at employees and get away with it. People are leaving in droves and instead of looking inward to see what is wrong internally they brush it off like it is no big deal or they say it was anticipated turnover. Their clients are noticing the amount of turnover which is embarrassing.

It's disappointing that you lost respect for your leaders while employed here. That's not what we like to hear because our leaders are hard-working and are evaluated thoroughly for promotion eligibility. We also take the employee experience seriously and work to improve it everyday. We appreciate you sharing your experience. We wish you the best of luck in your next endeavor.

Pros

- There are lots of good people and a few bad apples. Most people mean well. - Working here is not easy but you will def be challenged.

Cons

- After many acquisitions in the past few years, this is a company in crisis and is a jumbled mess. - This is not a place for a long-term career. Watch your back. - The company turns a blind eye rudeness in the workplace. - Processes are often thrown out the window to meet arbitrary deadlines. - The company values getting things done regardless of its affects on employees. - Management is very out of touch with what motivates employees and drives employee loyalty.

Pros

Modern office, nice view, kitchen amenities, 5 trash cans

Cons

My experience at CLEAResult was mostly negative, while there are plenty of good, well intentioned people working for the company, the for-profit corporate infrastructure is ultimately chipping away at what makes energy efficiency important in the first place. A brief review of the current CEO's Twitter followings will give you some insight as to the social and political beliefs of the man at the helm of this operation. A few names you'll find are Newt Gingrich, Mitt Romney, Marco Rubio, Rand Paul, Jeb Bush, Mike Huckabee and Warren Buffett. A veritable array of people standing on the other side of some very important issues concerning climate change, global sustainability and energy efficiency. Some names you wont find are Bernie Sanders or Hillary Clinton, let alone Jill Stein. To me this posed some very big questions, like, is CLEAResult in it for the money or the message? I think the writing is on the wall. Which then brings me to question the non-profit acquisitions they've been collecting, who exactly is the beneficiary of such a transaction and at what cost?

The majority of our employees are just like you—concerned about the environment and focused on using energy efficiency to solve challenges for our clients. CLEAResult is a private, for-profit company, but we are also mission-driven. Thank you for taking the time to share your personal experience.
