      Pros

      Important industry to fight climate change, generally smart people who want to make a difference work here

      Cons

      Very behind the curve on technology and business systems, multiple acquisitions during 2014-2015 that grew the company from 300 to 3,000 people really took the wind out of the sails, the company is currently digging itself out of a hole from these acquisitions and thus is delaying any innovative investment for the indefinite future.

      Pros

      Flexible work hours. Employees are allowed to complete their eight hour shift anytime between seven am and five pm.

      Cons

      Repeated mandatory overtime with little to no prior notice to the employees. Management lack understanding or knowledge of day to day activities.

      If you’re reading the reviews you’ve probably seen several that will tell you this place treats its employees as disposable. They do. They also lie and dismiss their employees without explanation and if they give an explanation they lie about it. I’m sure you’ll read that their response to review like this is “thank you for your feedback. We value your feedback. Feedback is good feedback. Blah blah blah.“ It’s about the effort they give in trying to treat employees like an actual human do not take the job, you’ll be disappointed and then you’ll be back on this website looking for another job. By the way I had to leave one star. Should be zero.
