      Pros

      Employees are well-treated, and the culture is supportive.

      Cons

      Decisions sometimes are made too close to the top, or local issues have to be dealt with by national management. Most local decisions should be left in the hands of those who best understand the issues at hand, with a guiding corporate protocol.

      Headed in the right direction

      Pros

      CLEAResult is a fast growing company that is trying to make a difference and has started to head in the right direction after multiple acquisitions. The amount of change and uncertainty has been difficult for employees, however the company is trying to make improvements. As a company CLEAResult has some opportunities to help influence the type of company and culture that attracts the best talent and will move forward toward an employer of choice.

      Cons

      Every company has cons and areas of improvement. CLEAResult needs to continue to communicate more transparently to employees and become an employer of choice by offering programs that support employee life and career choices. HR is a huge supporter of the employee experience, however employee engagement is needed in order to support and help with the changes.

      You'll find many of the qualities of an employer of choice in CLEAResult: interesting work, career advancement, social responsibility, employee recognition programs, training and development and more. But we know we're not perfect, so we keep trying everyday to create an environment in which our employees can thrive.       Constant Layoffs, unethical HR practices and a failing model

      The people are great.

      Cons

      I agree with other posters, RUN AWAY! There are quarterly layoffs, and you never know when you are next. HR is so concerned with saving money, they will take away vacation without notice, switch you from salary to hourly without notification and create archaic policies for employees that change often and, you guessed it, without notice. Employees are coerced into working long hours, expected to be in immediate contact all hours of the day and are never provided feedback by management. If you can even get in front of your manager.

      We appreciate you sharing how changes that were made to our benefits affected you. The new policies rolled out at the end of 2015 have ultimately been received favorably by the majority of our staff because of how flexible they are.
