      Avoid at all costs

      Pros

      Smart and cool people work there, until they wise up and get a better job. The positions do look good on paper however, so it'll boost your resume when you're clamoring to get out and find a new, better paying, less depressing job.

      Cons

      Salary is insulting and well below market average, management is not transparent and has no concern for your best interest, and corporate is shady and untrustworthy... to put it all nicely.

      We take feedback from employees seriously. Glassdoor is frequently monitored by executives who also have open door policies and offer many other internal channels for employees to voice their opinions and get a response.

      Pros

      Excellent benefits and time off. Treated like an adult and not micro managed. New CEO is off to a great start. Many career path options if you are willing to work hard and show your skills/strengths.

      Cons

      As part of an acquisition the path has been rocky. Recent lay offs have employees nervous because some seemed out of the blue and there was limited communication about what was going on. Many people are waiting for round 2. PLEASE work on communication. With employees all over the country it would be beneficial to work on clear, honest, consistent messages to all staff.

      Pros

      Variety of task, If your creative not a boring job.

      Cons

      No morale. Culture is sit at a desk for 15 hrs to show your a hard worker. Terrible communication and dishonesty. Messy gossip and high school like behavior "he said she said" battles. People are not valued.
