Great company to work for, great management team they are flexible and work with you. Overall its one of the best places I've worked at.

Cons

Moving their call center out of Fall River to Westborough, price for a family health plan is a little high.

Pros

Nice facility in Austin and stocked break room is a plus. Decent benefits unless you have dependents. They have had some fun events on site. Receptionists were very helpful and some other very nice people.

Cons

Job is unstable due to layoffs. Your workload will keep climbing as your compensation stays the same. There's a lot of secrecy and drama in certain departments which causes low moral. Don't expect to be treated fairly unless you are close to someone of higher ranking (favoritism shows). HR department comes off as snooty to many people - don't expect issues to be resolved. Poor training and the feeling of working as a team just isn't there.

Pros

Salary was good and hours were somewhat flexible. Client was great!

Cons

If you like to be micromanaged and work overtime ( hourly pay) and not be able to claim it this job is for you! No positive feed back only guilt and criticism from program manger and his "supervisor ". No problems or issues were allowed to be discussed during weekly conference calls. A lot of smoke and mirrors in this program.
