Pros

CONMED Corporation is a great place to work! Management is complimentary when a job is done well and gives plenty of encouragement. Everyone is open to new ideas and always looking for ways to improve. I have been here a short time but feel confident due the tools and training provided. The work life balance is excellent. Someone is always willing to cover you in your absence. The company offers good benefits too. I am glad CONMED chose to hire me and I am glad I chose to come on board.
