Paycheck always cleared which is nice. Decent benefits as well.

Cons

I am a pretty positive person but it was hard to come to work at C.O.P.S . The management style is old school and very punitive. The pay for this area is way too low.

Flexible scheduling (especially for students) Great opportunity for developing communication skills and professionalism

Cons

Sitting in a room with no windows for hours on end unable to leave unless you have to use bathroom and for break. And having to ask to be put in a bathroom line every time you have to go. Pay could be a little better, as well.

Great pay to start, lots of raises and OT for the asking, great benefits, friendly co-workers and managers, paid weekly, hires older workers and diverse workers. Tons of perks and they make you feel like a valuable team member and have never had a layoff.....I love working at Cops Corp office location!

Cons

Breaks are limited to a 30 min lunch break.. vending machine food but it's better than nothing,
