The job atmosphere is fun, They are always doing something every week. They have a lot of overtime and they never close so you have options on what shift to work. The management is nice and you don't have to worry about favoritism here. They have all benefits you can think of including tuition and gym reimbursement.

Cons

It can get really busy and the people on the phone can get mean, The lunches are 30 min

Pros

The other dispatchers are friendly and easy to get along with. The managers and supervisors are very helpful and actually care about your growth. The hours are flexible especially since I am currently going to school and have a family. I was a bit nervous at first but got lots of training and the trainers are patient. Though the job is serious we also have fun events like holiday parties or appreciation days.

Cons

Though sometimes you have to deal with upset customers, the managers/supervisors are there to guide you and help through any issues.
