Pros
The pay is okay if you're a college student that just needs some extra money.
Cons
The environment is very similar to high school, but worse. It's a highly structured work environment with several rules, some of which seem unnecessary to have for adults. There's also a uniform/dress code that's strictly enforced. The attendance/tardy policy is also outrageous especially in comparison to traditional office job. Lower level management is very unprofessional and often participates in inappropriate conversations. There's also a lack of sympathy for the employees.
