      Pros

      Well rounded company. As and agent you have control over own schedule. You are given the opportunity to build your own business.

      Cons

      Being an agent is hard work and can be very stressful. Long hours, pressure from upper management to meet your monthly quota. You must be able to sell all offered products, right away, even if you are unfamiliar with them. Rates are high, so sales can be difficult.

      Pros

      Country is a great way to get started in the financial services industry. You will learn the basics of financial planning and put them to use. You will also recieve sales training that is very worthwhile. Management was fantastic and really will do their best to help you succeed.

      Cons

      If you don't have a huge natural market consider another opportunity. Also, you will be selling insurance and that is a difficult sale.
