      Pros

      Work/life balance. And standard benefit

      Cons

      1. lack of efficiency after multiple reorganization. 2. stand still and refuse to make progress - IT system upgrade took 10 years or so, business model is a dinosaur, - insignificant steps/partnership requirements for sale process. - work and project is not interesting . Most of projects are maintaining old blocks , instead of creating new value for the company 3. Employee growth opportunity are limited, management team is not open minded. Top performers are left the company. No attraction for young talents in the market ( got 8+ offer rejection in past 3 years)

      Pros

      Easy work life balance, low stress, company is too political to pursue true innovation.

      Cons

      The Hen's rule the roost and nepotism runs rampant. So your on the quarterly lay-off hit list if your not either related to or a sibling of senior leadership. And god forbid if you disagree or challenge your manager or business partners. Not an effective environment to grow your career.

      Pros

      Truly nice co-workers. Nice, clean office (Hamilton NJ). Really good views of the parking lot. Lots of food and events going on all the time.

      Cons

      They were STILL using DOS?? During meeting management encouraged people to leave when asked questions they didn't like. With the exception of two, the call center supervisors are running a social club. And getting help is HARD - either number is wrong or person who answers is a 'not my job' type. Did not feel valued as an employee.
