Pros

- Offer lots of training - Support in Development - Management and staff are friendly

Cons

- Management treat issues or mistakes terribly. Things should be ‘known’ rather than a learning opportunity - Staff are NOT treated the same. Management treat different people differently which has always been a problem - Pay is not competitive - Remote working is controlled
