Pros

It's a great place to learn about the industry and you get to make many connections. They have some great ideas and upper management is really good.

Cons

Micromanagament. Everything that other departments don't know how to do or don't want to do are thrown to the CSPs. You are expected to work when you are sick, they will make you feel bad when making mistakes and the goals are unreachable as you are always covering for someone else.
